Welcome to The InnerMe Project, a brand and service led by specialist occupational therapist Kate Grayson, dedicated to empowering families, professionals and educators through education, tools, and neuro-affirming support frameworks rooted in interoception, sensory processing, and emotional regulation.
By accessing any products, resources, memberships, consultations, or digital services from The InnerMe Project, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Purpose of Services
The InnerMe Project provides education, strategies, and resources designed to support parents, professionals, and children navigating complex emotional and behavioural
needs. Services include (but are not limited to):
Digital downloads and resource packs
Online training programmes and courses
Group and 1:1 strategy support sessions

Audio/video content and analysis
Parent empowerment support through messaging and voicenote services
These services are designed to educate, empower, and support—not to diagnose, treat, or provide therapy.
2. No Clinical Guarantees or Therapeutic Outcomes
The InnerMe Project does not offer or substitute regulated health or therapy services. While led by an experienced occupational therapist, no guarantee is made of specific outcomes, progress, or results due to the individual nature of each child’s nervous system, needs, environment, and engagement.
Strategies and guidance provided are based on professional experience, theoretical frameworks and a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed approach. However, they must not be considered a replacement for formal assessments, medical or mental health interventions, or statutory services.
Progress depends on a wide range of factors including the child’s current developmental profile, sensory and interoceptive needs, environmental consistency, and the adult's capacity to implement and adapt strategies over time.
3. Digital Products, Downloads and Membership Resources
All downloadable materials, guides, digital courses and membership content are for educational use only and do not constitute therapeutic advice.
They are designed to:
Support understanding of the nervous system, emotional regulation, and interoception
Provide strategies and frameworks for day-to-day support
Empower parents, educators and professionals with tools to reflect, adjust and scaffold children's needs
They do not substitute clinical assessments, 1:1 therapy or medical input.
No liability is accepted for the effectiveness, interpretation, or outcomes of strategies shared in these materials. Users are advised to seek advice from a relevant qualified professional before implementing strategies that may affect the health, safety, or well-being of a child.
4. Messaging, Voicenote, and Strategy Services
Ongoing messaging and voicenote support is an educational and reflective service where the parent or caregiver initiates and guides the conversation. This service:
Is not monitored for safety or safeguarding concerns
Does not involve proactive follow-up unless agreed within the scope of a specific package
Is not suitable for crisis or emergency support.
